   Go to google.com and type in business plan, or 'writing business plan'.
2. If you've never been in business before, I would strongly recommend that you talk to a business counselor before you do anything especially spend money. I'd call the local office of SCORE (go to http://www.score.org and input your zip code to find the chapter nearest you), the advice is FREE.
   
   The counselor at SCORE will most likely help you to write your business plan because it will force you to dig out all of the start up details and the costs of starting your business and force you to also understand all of the aspects of this business including the customers you'll concentrate on (your market ) and how you'll go after them.

3. The link below provides an easy to use guide to creating a startup business plan. The guide explains each component that you will need to cover, and makes suggestions as to how you can research this information. Naturally, its a generic guide and not specific to any particular industry.
4. I just took an Intro to business class a few months ago, and I used this site quite a bit as a resource. The Feds have the Small Business Association to help our small business owners.
