  1. You can find a number of guidelines on the sba.gov website. They also list some pieces of software that can help a person write her business plan. Usually investors recommend that you try to write the pieces that you know about and then seek help, as it makes you think through the process.
  2. There are pleanty of resources online and offline to help you start your own business and write a business plan.
