  1. Search the internet for insurance leads. There are mailing companies that have templates for life ins mailers and will do the mailing.
  2. dear sushil, first of all I congratulate u for choosing this wonderful profession. sale of insurance policy requires winning the trust of people. it dusnt matter whether ur prospect is litterate or not. wt u need to do is talk as much people as u can , about ur profession. people around u must know wt exactly u are doing. first set your goal. talk to 10 new people a in a day. spend time with them. let them know bout ur company(not product). dont commit this mistake of explaining ur product in first meeting. first make relation. then win the heart of people. business will come by itself. insurance selling takes time. so dont push ur prospect to buy ur policy untill he/she starts beliving u. u know if somebody buys a policy and if he/she is satisfied with product and ur services as well u will get ample refrnce from ur client. its easy. once a momentum of sale is set u wont have sufficient time to fetch new customer. business will pour in by itself

I live at a small town where most of the people are farmers having agriculture income as base and business community is also . Most of the locality is semi-literate. I want to know what should be my marketing strategy to attract customers toward life insurance. Here I want to mention that I have a complete access to database of telephone no (more than 25000 Landline as well as mobile) and address of local city as well as nearby areas. Meaning to say is that I have complete addresses of these persons.
