It is important that team members have input into planning, decision making and operational aspects of the work team. What strategies can be developed to ensure this point?

  1. yes it is very important that every member of a team have input into planning, decision making, operational aspects of the work team. Information coming from the members of a team is of great help in decision making..Engagement/involvement is very important, yet this information coming from team members are just guidelines for a leader in making his decisions, coz in the end, the final decision still lies based on the judgement of a leader..
    just make sure that you made the right input during planning coz this affect the rest of decision making and controlling, for watever the output of planning would be the input during decison making and whatever be the output of your decision making would be the input of controlling..
    It is a system where every units are interelated and interdependent to each othe.
