I own a Commerical Cleaning Franchise which charges me 17% in royalties and fees for selling me contracts and their reputable franchise brand name, in exchange they provide me with accounting, contracts (if I decide to keep purchasing from them), training (of staff), chemicals etc..I've decided its cheaper and probably better for me to do my own advertising and marketing to get new business. I have $500 max budget (to pay) for the actual media I will use. Can anyone help me come up with a marketing plan. I want mid-size contracts and wanna target decent size properties. The plan should help pick a niche clientelle, break down of budget usage (how and why) and any creative means to sell cleanig sevices..
