Does anyone have any examples of articles pertaining to why K-mart almost went out of business?

I have a project that is supposed to focus on the bad part of K-mart's planning and strategy and for some reason I can't find anything pertaining to the subject, with enough info about this. Is there anyone that cares enough to give me some info or articles about this. Thanks.~Flip

1. There are gone from my city.Overstocking and over buying was apparent.Bad management,poor demographics would be my comments.
