I'm doing a moc business plan for a college course and I need to know what a Finacial plan is. Thanks for the help.

1. Financial strategy is the approach the company takes to financing its business strategy. Say, you determined that your business requires $10 million in capital. What percentage of this capital requirement will come from debt and what from equity? What sort of interest rate will you pay on debt? Do you plan to pay dividends? If not now, when? Do you plan to extend credit to customers? If so, on what terms? These are typical issues of financial strategy.
   
   Financial plan is simply a projected cash budget. It shows how much money you plan to spend on different things and earn from different sources during the period for which you prepare the financial plan.
