Can anyone help me make a professional power point template?

I am a high school senior and I am doing a PowerPoint presentation for a business plan competition. I am not profiting from the presentation it is just for fun. However, I spent thirty hours on the paper and would like to have a professional presentation.

3. I wanted the PowerPoint presentation to have my company's logo (which needs to be created) and a professional border or background.
   
4. you do need the logo and it should let people know who you are easily and be eye catching --
   
   as far as a template for the power point -- go to the Microsoft online templates page (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templa... ) and search through what they have there - they do have some nice business ones that I like personally
