Where can I advertise to hire someone to help me write a business plan ?
I want to hire a full time admin assistant with experience writing, prospectus / business plans. The person can telecommute over the internet and phone. Where can I advertise to find someone? How much should I pay?

- Your best bet would be to contact a local business school to recruit a student who would like to work from home and needs to add experience to his or her resume. As for how much to pay, that is really a matter of (a) what you can afford to pay; and (b) the lifestyle of the prospective employee. Some students would be happy to make $6 an hour to gain experience while others need $25 to meet school expenses and crack and alcohol addictions. There should not be a fee to register with a school's placement office. If there is, it's tax deductible.

- You can advertise in the newspaper, and you can try contacting the Small Business Administration to see if they have a referral service. Congrats on the business adventure!
