- I found a template called freeplan using google. Ithought I still had it on my pc to email you but it is deleted. .... wait, I found a template and emailed it to you. Just block it, copy it and paste it into a word document.
- go into a branch of HSBC They have a business start up pack with a CD in. This gives you a business plan template plus lots of other info.
- Hi, you need to make a business plan from your idea - how you will operate, ie. as a sole trader, limited company etc, who you are - what experience, skills and qualifications you have, who your customer will be - do some research into who will buy your products/service etc, who your competition is - do other businesses do a similar thing to you, their strong and weak points, what is your unique selling point (USP) what makes your product or service better than your competitors, finances - do you need any money/equipment etc to start up, what will your running costs be, how much do you plan to make in the fist 3, 6, 12, 24 months etc. premises - can you work from home, do you need an office or storage space etc, what sort of insurances will you need, buildings, contents, IT equipment, public liability, professional indemnity etc, what health & safety considerations are there? - hazardous substances, electrical equipment, workers, etc
I hope these ideas help you to break down the things you need to consider, just make a few notes on each one then expand on them in turn, then try to put them into a logic order. If you need start-up finance then adapt your business plan with a financial approach, if not then use it as a plan for you to follow with aims and objectives which you can work towards.
