How do I write a business plan for a non-profit home for battered women. thank you?

I live in sacramento california, which is where I want the home to be, But I don't know what type of format to use in writing out a business proposal or budget plan and I need help.

1. You can go to your local bank, or your county, (town) planner. The planner does this all the time. The bank however can give this to you, and they know everything a bank or financial institute is looking for. If these fail go to www.about.com

3. While it may be difficult to find a sample business plan that matches your needs exactly, you should check out some other non-profit business plans to get an idea of the general format. Business plans in general follow the same basic outline, so any outline that you find that you like will work as a good starting point.
