- I found many templates (business plans) you can use for any subject here...
just plug in the details of your business to many of them and they pump out professional looking documents. I believe it was freeware....
- You may want to call nursing homes outside your area that way you don't give away your intentions. Then simply ask them if they would let you buy or see a copy of theirs. You may get alot of no's but you can be sure you will get some inside tips from those people.
