2. It should have traffic estimates, revenue prediction and estimation
3. If this is for school, just make up the numbers and estimates. All they are wanting you to do is to have you think of all the things that will come up in the formation of a business. There is no way to really forecast what a business will do. If that could really be done then you would be called a Prophet.
