Hi could someone help me write a business plan?
hi I am having a lot of trouble my teacher set it and it has to be in like 2 weeks from now I just cant do it it has to be for a cafe I have tryed but just dont seem to be getting anywere at first I was going for a A garde but now fell a C would be hard

- It takes some time to compile a proper business plan. It's unreasonable to give 2 weeks time for a task like that. I've done
10 for liquor stores.
What you can do is go to a company and ask them as a student for help if they are willing to. Ask your teacher if he/she might know of some ways or where to get some help and where to do research. After all it is your teacher who gave you the asignment and they can help you.

- Barclays bank will send you a disk for your computer telling you everything you need and usfull tips and you can just fill it in or use it as a base plan-they even follow it up with a courtasy(cant spell) Call.

You should use it as a guide, do your research and write your own. Your teacher will find out if you just copy and paste, and getting a failing grade due to plagiarism is not worth it.
- Questions to think about:
- State your aims and objectives, and what sort of timescale each one is aimed at. This should also include financial targets
- State why the business was set up - a gap in the market? Something unique?
- What are you going to do to promote the business? How will you market your cafe?
- What sort of money will you need to finance it? And how will you fund it - personal cash? loans? investors? What sort of money are you expecting to take each day? What are your overhead predictions?
- When do you expect the business to become profitable?
